600 ml / 1 pint full-fat milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cornflour
25 g sugar
You can give the classic custard a G for genius twist and this is how -
Heat the milk, add the vanilla essence and boil. Then mix together sugar and cornflour till you get a smooth paste. Pour the silky smooth paste over the milk and stir well. Stir stir stir! Strain the mixture back into a saucepan, don’t stop the stirring, and cook gently until the custard thickens.
Now for the tasty twist!
Mix a handful of crushed Parle-G into the custard and top it off with some juicy pomegranate. With a few glasses of this custard pudding, you’re ready to impress your friends with this dessert.
