1/2 cup ghee
1 cup gram flour
10 Parle-G biscuits
1 cup mixed nuts
2 tablespoon sugar
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan till it melts.
2. Add gram flour and mix thoroughly with the ghee.
3. Turn off the heat and let the dough cool.
4. In a bowl, add blended Parle-G biscuits, the cooled dough, nuts, sugar and mix.
5. On cling film, roll out the dough into a rectangle. Make sure the thickness is equal.
6. Cut the dough into equal pieces and enjoy!
